You can join by filling out a quick sign-up form in this page. Once you're registered, your spend will be tracked automatically, and you'll be placed in a tier based on your total spend every quarter.

How do I redeem my complimentary treatments?

All complimentary treatments and tier benefits must be redeemed during a regular paid service booking. Benefits cannot be claimed as standalone appointments. These can be booked by leaving a note upon booking your treatment.

Your membership lasts 12 months from the date you first join. Tiers are reviewed and updated quarterly based on your ongoing spend.

These are exclusive days where you earn twice the loyalty points for every dollar spent. Access is available to Citrine tier members and above.

Yes. If you don’t meet the minimum spend for your current tier during a quarter, you may be moved down to a lower tier.
