Clients should be aware that as every individual heals differently, results will vary, which is why we're cautious on your inital appointment and insist on a repeat touch up appointment 4-8 weeks later to ensure best results. As your tattoo heals, you may see it grow darker, lighter, or even seem to disappear altogether before it settles and restores itself to it's true final result - this is why we ask you to be patient and wait 4-8 weeks before the initial touchup. A number of factors that we can't control will impact how quickly your tattoo fades, or how much pigment your skin picks up, including the environment, skin turnover, active skincare ingredients, age, thickness of skin and how oily/dry it is. Every individual is different, so we tailor your experience to suit your circumstances. We prefer to build on your tattoo slowly - it's much easier to add colour and pigment than it is to take away, and so you might need two or three touch ups before your eyebrow look is absolutely perfect.
Oily skin may cause the pigment to fade more quickly, while those with drier skin may enjoy longer-lasting results. Regular touch-ups every 12 to 18 months can help maintain the vibrancy and shape of your brows. Proper aftercare, such as avoiding excessive sun exposure and using gentle cleansers, can also extend the longevity of your tattoo.
