General Appointments Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, based on the full treatment price. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will incur a 100% fee (full treatment cost). For cancellations outside of 48 hours, your deposit will be refunded or transferred. Appointments Under $200 Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.
